The Mad Hatter

Like Alice entering the rabbit hole, life is sometimes more surprising than we make it out to be. Even with all our illusions of control, with all the preconceptions with which we enter the world, there will always remain situations which we did not expect. And when we do expect something, that definitely is no guarantee of it actually occurring as well.

The feeling that we tried to bring across with The Mad Hatter, was that we don’t always need to be in control either and that life can still turn out beautiful when we least expect it. Or when we have no expectations at all anymore. By ordering a cocktail completely randomly, which then still turns out great (or so we hope) or at least interesting (that we know for sure) we offer an experience that is unlike that in any other cocktail bar.
